Our staff can count on a good personnel policy and a good working atmosphere. All persons who come to work for us start with the minimum wage. If there is already work experience, this will be taken into account. In consultation with the client, the hourly wage can be converted into a performance-related wage. This means that payment is based on effort and motivation.
Employees are collected from their homes and taken to their place of work free of charge. The horticultural A.B.U. collective labour agreement applies to our staff.

Turkish-speaking coordinator in (glass) horticulture
Aldora is immediately looking for a coordinator in (glass) horticulture. Are you firmly in your shoes, do you have a great sense of responsibility, are you flexible and can you also speak Turkish, Dutch, English and possibly Bulgarian? Then this is for you!
