Aldora is active in the vibrant sector of greenhouse farming and horticulture. With many connections and more than 22 years of experience we provide many companies with suitable personnel.

Transport and accommodation

We arrange suitable accommodation and transport. All our houses meet the required standards. Staff can use our transport service free of charge.

Performance-oriented

We strive to achieve the highest possible quality of work, and a manager is present at all operations for control and direction.

Certification

We have all the necessary certificates, and we work in accordance with laws and regulations. For staff accommodation, we have obtained the NEN4400-1 certificate.

Selecting and recruiting

We do the selection and recruitment of staff with our own offices in the Netherlands, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Croatia.

Good working conditions

Our staff can count on a good personnel policy, we do not make promises we cannot keep.
